🦴 More about the muscles and bones around the pelvis and hip
🦴 How to help clients with pelvis and hip issues
🦴 How to utilise different Pilates equipment and props when dealing with pelvis and hip

Syllabus:

– Osteology and osteokinemetics
– Understanding muscles around the hip joint that affect posture and movement
– Alignment assessment
– Exercises, stretches and releases
