    A deeeep stretch to welcome in the New Year ✨ Pilates is such an effective workout for all ages as the movements are scalable with various progressions and regressions. The equipment pictured is the ladder barrel, which is often used for clients who are new to the practice as it has less moving parts and allows them to achieve deep and safe stretches without feeling intimidated. In ARTE Pilates Academy, you’ll learn all about how to adapt your programs to suit clients with different goals and body types so as to give them the most comfortable experience.

    One of the benefits of doing your Pilates teacher training with ARTE is the boutique sized class of 6 students to 1 master trainer, this ensures you get all the support you need to excel as a teacher. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ However the other benefit of having a small class size is that you get to know your classmates really well from practising together every week for six months! It makes us happy to see the friendships that have developed over time and seeing our students help each other with their revisions and practice 🥰
